We even hit 34th St with our INKEY branded skincare trucks, sampling our bestselling hydration SKUs and exclusive merch to our INKEY community and passersby.

Joseph "JZ" Zarzecki, our Global Director of Education, recently spent an inspiring week in Sydney, Australia, deepening our partnership with SEPHORA 🖤
Visiting Sydney store locations, he drove brand knowledge with clients and beauty advisors, showcasing our commitment to education and excellence. He also attended the House of Sephora events, connecting with press, influencers, and over 100 beauty advisors from across Australia and New Zealand, further strengthening relationships and expanding our reach.
We are so grateful for the ongoing support and look forward to continuing our journey together, empowering beauty advisors, and elevating the customer experience with INKEY 🚀
Having just returned home from Sydney, Australia, I’m filled with so much love for the incredible partnership between SEPHORA ANZ and The INKEY List | B Corp after an amazing week together.
I’m incredibly fortunate to have two immensely supportive education partners, Rebecca Borland and Morgan Wilson who have championed our brand since we started working together three years ago. Finally meeting them both in person, along with leading a knowledge session with Sephora ANZ Field Executives was a true highlight.
In addition to spending quality time in the Sydney stores working with Clients and training store associates, I also felt the two-day House of Sephora event was particularly impactful - where we featured our Tripeptide Plumping Lip Balm - now in colour! On the first day, I had the pleasure of meeting with press, influencers, and Sephora’s Gold clients. However, it was the second day that stood out for me as an educator—I had the unique opportunity to speak directly to over 100 Beauty Advisors from across Australia and New Zealand. This experience deepened my appreciation for their passion and commitment to The INKEY List | B Corp and I’m already eager to return to share more knowledge and continue growing our businesses together.
This visit would not have been successful without my INKEY colleagues Jon Watson, Charlotte Lundqvist, Michelle Zavarce and Laura Donovan for their expertise of the region and retailer along with the planning behind House of Sephora!

To celebrate the launch of our Tripeptide Plumping Lip Tints, we collaborated with the incredible team at T4 Tea For You for a perfect match-up: bubble tea and lip tints 🤩
The turnout for our pop-up event was beyond our wildest expectations, and we're incredibly grateful to our community for showing up in such numbers. We had so many attendees that we handed out an additional 500 lip tints and bubble teas, and even had to close the queue early!
The T4 Tea For You Liverpool Street store was transformed with full INKEY lip tint merch, four specially curated bubble tea flavours inspired by our lip tint shades, and a perfect pout selfie mirror. We also offered scratch cards, skin consultations, and social media giveaways, all to promote our Plumping Lip Tints now available at Boots UK.
We’ve definitely got some takeaways to make our next event even better 🫶
We absolutely loved speaking to our community old and new, and can’t wait for our next pop-up!
This week our North America team had their annual sales conference in Dallas! 🖤 Our amazing team supports our Sephora stores all across NA, sharing their skincare knowledge and expertise. We spent the time celebrating all our successes this year and strategised for the year ahead. It was amazing having our entire North America team together 🫶
