Exciting news! AC Transit has been awarded a $15 million grant through the FTA's Bus and Low-No Emission Grant Awards for the second consecutive year! This funding will support the addition of new zero emission buses and infrastructure improvements at our facilities. We'll be adding 25 state-of-the-art hydrogen fuel cell buses and a third hydrogen fueling station, furthering our commitment to reducing our greenhouse gas footprint. Our sincere thanks to all who provided support, including the Federal Transit Administration, Representative John Garamendi, Representative Barbara Lee, Representative Eric Swalwell, Representative Ro Khanna, Senator Alex Padilla, and Senator Laphonza Butler.
