At Barings, giving back to our local communities is everyone’s work and ensuring our employees have the time and resources to be able to do so is core to our culture. For our third annual Global Month of Service, 290+ teammates across 11 offices spent 1,068 hours volunteering for causes meaningful to them, working with 32 charities.
