Today, we celebrate Diane Buhr, her hard-work and dedication to the bank, and her new role as she retires! Diane has been with the Bank of Washington for 43 years and started her career in the bookkeeping department. Through the years, she also worked as a safe deposit box attendant, loan secretary, and has spent the last 18 years in accounting. Diane said that she will greatly miss seeing the people that she works with every day who have become like family, but she is really looking forward to traveling and helping more with her grandkids. She is also ready to start working on some home repairs and purging! Diane also said that she has made more memories working here than she can mention and she has made lifelong friends who she will stay connected with after she retires. Diane, we will miss you and wish you a fantastic retirement!
