Azar Design Co (formerly Foit-Albert Associates) is a caring, innovative, and trusted architecture, landscape architecture, engineering, and surveying design services leader with offices throughout New York State. A Hispanic-owned Certified NYS MBE/DBE, our award-winning team consistently delivers successful projects with a values-based approach that nurtures our collaborative, entrepreneurial culture. Founded as Foit-Albert Associates in 1977, we’ve rebranded as Azar Design Co in 2024 to reflect our rapidly growing business’s diversified clients, geography, and services, while upholding our commitment to being a trusted consultant. Azar Design Co is multidisciplinary, offering a comprehensive portfolio of services including architecture, engineering, landscape architecture, building systems engineering, environmental, and land surveying. We are equally proficient in leading projects from large to small, for both private clients and public agencies.
