Meet Dax! Dax is on our Marketplace team and has been at Awardco for almost 3 years. "I’ve had a lot of impactful experiences working closely with many great people and departments at Awardco. One that stands out was recently launching a new redemption option for users in countries with far fewer options than most western countries. We saw these users pick up on the option quickly and received great feedback that Awardco was considering all markets and users regardless of where they live." A few fun facts about Dax... ⭐ If you could visit any place in the world, where would it be? "My wife and I are headed to Norway this week to check that off the top of our list, and we couldn’t be more excited! If not there, I’d follow the trip quickly with Iceland, I’ve wanted to visit and road trip around the country for a long time. The pictures of Iceland are incredible and I have a feeling that pictures don’t do the landscape enough justice." ⭐ Who is someone you look up to? "My dad. He is one of the most knowledgeable and empathetic people I know and has taught me a ton. He’s the person you’d want to call first when you have good news and the same person you’d want support from if you have bad news. He was the first guy to teach me to “recognize the good” and taught me, through example, that kindness and service is a great way to live a fulfilling life."
