🌏 Exciting Announcement: Autoris goes Asia-Pacific! 🌏   I am thrilled to announce that I will be running our first ACE it! Master Certification Program for leaders, managers, and team-builders in the Asia-Pacific region! After months of preparation, we at the Autoris Institute are super excited to kick off this program in August.   In this program, participants from 🇦🇺 Australia, 🇸🇬 Singapore, and 🇲🇾 Malaysia will learn to master the ACE it! Method which consists of the ACE process (a Design Thinking based process to solve problems and spur performance), insights about learning, change, and success as well as numerous highly effective and ready-to-use tools for day-to-day leadership and teamwork. They will also hone their questioning, listening, feedback skills and learn about the power of visualization. In addition, they will take several of our high-profile leadership assessments and learn to use our AI based coach, Ati. Upon graduation, they will join a global community of hundreds certified ACE it! A Fantastic Workshop at IESE Business School, Barcelona I am thrilled to share my recent experience conducting a workshop for the Family Business Club at IESE Business School in Barcelona together with my colleague Verena Lauffs, our Head of Academy at Autoris. We were invited by Cristina Ventura Serra and Álvaro Taboada de Zúñiga Caballo, initiators and organizers of the event. Known for its prestigious position among the world's leading business schools, IESE's MBA program attracts the brightest minds, and this was evident in the engagement, participation, and questions of the participants. Our workshop focused on strategies for spurring growth in oneself and others, and how to find alignment with yourself, your passion, and ultimately what we do in our lives. Our key questions were: 1. What's really your purpose and motivation? 2. What can you do to spur growth? 2. What are the next steps you can take? To find out, it's useful to have a step-by-step process and tools. We delved into the Wheel of Motivation (a practical tools to determine what really matters and drives us), insights, and the transformative "ACE it" Method, all designed to empower, inspire, and getting things done. It was truly an honor to interact with such a vibrant group of future leaders and to contribute to their journey. To all of you who will be graduating soon - Congratulations! It was an absolute pleasure to present at the LGT Family Forum at the Liechtenstein Academy. The workshop's theme was "Enabling the Next Generation," and we used the "ACE It" methodology along with several innovative tools that my team at Autoris  and I have developed over recent years to ignite motivation among family members and employees and to foster a culture that thrives on recognizing and harnessing individual strengths. My heartfelt appreciation goes out to all the organizers for orchestrating such a - once again - amazing event, and to every participant who contributed their vibrant energy and enthusiasm. I thoroughly enjoyed being part of the event and engaging conversations and to learn from so much experience and wisdom present in the room. Thank you Riccardo Petrachi, Benjamin Vetterli, and Alissa Stemmer for being such wonderful hosts and a big shoutout and thank you to the my amazing co-facilitators and speakers Beatrice Rodenstock, Dr. oec. In July after four months in the program, I passed my test and received my ACE it! Master Certification for Leadership, Coaching, and Talent Development from The Autoris Institute for Talent Development 🎉 But what does that mean? Why did I do this? TLDR: Because my biggest professional goal is to become a people manager. To help others reach their full potential and find balance between work and life. This program fast tracked so much of my learning on how I can do this. If you like reading long posts: The certification program consisted of three parts 1. The ACE it! Method 2. Practical Application in Coaching Sessions with Clients 3. Test and Certification I had to successfully learn and apply the core elements of the ACE it! Method, which include: 1. ACE, a signature #DesignThinking-based learning and problem-solving process and a set of tools for talent development and coaching. I had to develop a fluency with the process and the tools and can now communicate each to fit unique client, team, and organizational needs. 2. Next, I had to show a mastery of insights on adult learning, motivation, coaching and talent development practices + assessments. 3. Lastly, I worked to understand developmental competencies such as questioning, listening, feedback, visualization, and running coaching sessions. I had to practice, model, critique, and improve on each of these competencies in role plays, exercises, and individual work with clients. Not to mention also do my full-time work at Blinkist! 😅 The completion of the certification program not only connects me with a global team of fellow graduates and now friends, but brings me one step closer to my professionals goals.
