#Motivation Monday Nothing fuels our passion for innovation and thinking outside the square more than to work with similarly passionate people in their own industry such as Ben Habershon & Daniel Ewings and the team at Alpine Nurseries It was our absolute pleasure to be back at their picturesque and immaculate nursery at Alstonville in the last weeks to show them the all-new Burro Grande with the Boss Plus Nursery Operating system. Having been on their site some 12 months ago with the base Burro which just lacked the capacity required for the site at Alpine we knew that the increased capacity and smarts on Grande would be the ultimate answer to the needs... We are very happy to say that the Grande aced its tests on this day, the smiles of approval and amazement at how quietly, simply, and efficiently Grande went about its tasks and routes, and then the grins broke out when Grande pulled through the loose gravel uphill turns with triple trailers attached and navigated through tight laneways with ease underneath shade houses and through full closed over trees in GPS denied areas. To the first-time watcher, the jaws drop at this amazing machine but to someone who already knows how smart this practical and commercially available technology is, the smiles are about the knowing the ROI that the Grande can bring and the thought that those multiple tractors each with a driver and their associated costs and management could one day be a simpler smoother more efficient process. With its carrying capacity of 600kg and a towing capacity of 2600kg (subject to conditions) the Grande will keep up its pace for a full days work with a recharge cost of circa $6.00 per day it doesn't take a lot of thinking to see how this could bring real savings to your bottom line quickly.. An outstanding day spent on Tuesday with the most innovative and forward thinking seedling 🌱 nursery in Queensland during a week of Burro demos in ☀️ Queensland. We are proud to be working with Withcott Seedlings to bring further automation to their already impressive operation with the Burro Grande 🤖 performing exceptionally well with the new Boss Plus Destination Based routing system I was especially pleased to have Yudan Yi with me working out some difficult GNSS challenges and very thankful to have Damien Gibbons in our corner who has been an absolute legend in getting everything set up for success.
