When bigger, better, and more complex matters, companies turn to Atlas Fibre! Take a look at one of our latest projects — an 11-inch thick block of G-10 thermoset composite, precision-machined into a contoured component on one of our advanced 5-axis CNC machines. While others work on smaller pieces, we take on the work that no one else has the capacity or capability to do. Explore some additional detail on this highly complex, but typical, fabricated thermoset part from Atlas Fibre. - Size: The G-10 being machined is 11 inches thick; the largest block of material we've ever seen in 70 years of operation. - Capability: Fabricated on a 5-axis machine for superior detail. - Complexity: Note the intricate contoured wave of this massive component. See the video below to understand why we lead in thermoset composite fabrication. #PrecisionEngineering #ThermosetComposites #Machining #G10 #EngineeringExcellence
