Atlantix Strategic Session: Our Story A bit about the internal workings of Atlantix. Two weeks ago, we held a strategic session, our regular event after each quarter. While we usually work online, it’s a chance to meet in person and strengthen both our professional and personal connections. This time, we gathered in Georgia. We focused on analyzing our achievements and, more importantly, our growth opportunities. The September launch and active engagement with subscribers and learners provided us with a lot of valuable insights. For example, the launch happened later than originally planned due to necessary adjustments in the registration system and UX. This highlights how even small details can make a big difference. After a deep dive into the past and thorough discussions, we’re now looking to the future. Our main focus is setting OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) based on our ideas, the current market situation, and resources.
