This is the power of collaboration. Thank you to KLAS Research for highlighting our work. As Rebecca Jacobson, MD, MS, FACMI notes in the video, due to Astrata's NLP, the health plan was able to focus on reading only 2% of gaps and 6% of documents in prospective HEDIS review. Those numbers aren't a typo. That is what is actually achievable when plans are able to triage and prioritize the review of clinical documentation that supports gap closure.
