What goes into making the ASSH Annual Meeting the innovative and inspirational event it is? See what #ASSH24 chairs Eric R. Wagner, MD, and Nina Suh, MD, have to say about their time prepping for this event over the last year! It’s not too late to register at the link in our bio and join us in Minneapolis for this unique and incredible experience. “After spending the last year working with the amazing staff at the ASSH to plan this upcoming meeting, we could not be more excited about what is in store for Minneapolis. From the Zoom meetings taken together every other Friday in our ASC dictation lounge to the in-person meetings in Toronto, Hawaii, and Chicago, the friendships forged and lessons learned have made this experience unforgettable! We thought our decade-long friendship and the 1.5 miles separating our homes would make this smooth and easy but it ended up being our incredible colleagues and friends at the ASSH, staff and membership, that made the 2024 Annual Meeting planning so enjoyable. We cannot wait for the many new and innovative aspects of the upcoming meeting, starting with many of the inaugural new programs we have instituted including the ASSH/IWAS Wrist Arthroscopy Course, APP Pre-Course, 15 Unanswered Questions Series, Bioskills lab sessions, and paper sessions moderated by the JHS and JHS GO editors. With a record number of international faculty teaching at sessions focused on the most innovative aspects of our field, we hope everyone in attendance will leave the meeting inspired. We look forward to welcoming everyone to Minneapolis in September!” - #ASSH24 chairs Eric R. Wagner, MD, (@evogner34) and Nina Suh, MD, (@ns_livinglife)

Annual meetings and congresses are a great opportunity to meet with peers and get inspired! ASSH President Steve Moran ran into Dr. Raja Sabapathy and Dr. Paco Pinal at the FESSH 2024 Congress last month, two legends in hand surgery. "These two have taught me things I didn't learn in fellowship and things I didn't think I needed to know; yet today I used their techniques just about every week". See your own mentors and colleagues at #ASSH24 and the 2025 IFSSH-IFSHT Triennial Congress! Register now at the link in our bio.
