ART Risk Financial and Insurance Solutions, Inc., is an agency formed specifically for the Assisted Reproduction Community. Founder, Virginia Hart, of The Resource Group, has been working in the Assisted Reproduction field for 8 years assisting intended parents, surrogates, and professionals with their insurance needs. Ms. Hart is highly respected in the field and has been a guest lecturer at the American Bar Association Family Law Section, as well as the American Association of Adoption Attorneys speaking of insurance as it applies to surrogacy. In working with surrogates and intended parents, Ms. Hart realized the need for an agency devoted to the entire Assisted Reproduction Technology arena including, agencies, attorneys, physicians and clinics, thus ART Risk Financial and Insurance Solutions, Inc, was born. ART Risk Financial and Insurance Solutions, Inc. was fashioned to protect the risk of all areas of Assisted Reproductive Technology including surrogates, donors, intended parents, agencies, attorneys, clinics, and physicians. Whether it be a single egg donor policy, or an Errors and Omissions policy for an agency, we will educate and inform our clients of the risk, show different methods that the risk can be minimized and the client protected. In many situations, there is more than one way to solve the problem and we approach every client with that attitude and will present several solutions to the problem. If you didn't understand before as to why the claims management service is beneficial, this example certainly gives great insight! --- After months of headaches, inaccurate information being provided by the insurance carrier, the GC had enough! --- Once the ART Risk Claims Team got involved, we were able to define the processing errors and take the steps to swiftly correct the issues so that claims would be processed correctly and the patient balances would be accurate.
