We're excited to share that Arixa recently funded a $3.2MM ground up construction loan to build 15 affordable units in Los Angeles, CA on a single-family lot. This project was only the second approved ED-1 project in the City of Los Angeles, which is an initiative designed to expedite and streamline the review process for eligible affordable housing developments, with the intent to help reduce construction costs, increase density, and provide more affordable housing to LA residents.
