Saxum Real Estate has broken ground on a 322,600 square foot cold storage project located in Crown Point, IN for Arcadia Cold. FCL Builders, LLC is serving as the design-build general contractor for the project. This new facility will have capacity for approximately 45,000 pallet positions, bolstering our capacity and enhancing our ability to meet the growing needs of our customers.
