DID YOU KNOW? 🤔 People with disabilities are the only population in the United States that can legally be paid less than minimum wage. APSE is committed to phasing out Section 14(c) of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FSLA), which allows subminimum wages. The APSE community works to advance competitive integrated employment (CIE). This means that all workers, including those with disabilities, should be compensated fairly for their labor and should have the opportunity to work and interact with people without disabilities in their community. Join APSE this month as we advocate for Real Work for Real Pay!
