Meet Contractor Charlie 👷♂️ Seattle's ADU permitting process had its share of challenges, from confusing rules to scheduling difficulties. To tackle these issues, we developed user personas like Contractor Charlie. By mapping out roles and interactions, we pinpointed where the process broke down and how to improve it.
