Commenting on recent market volatility, our Head of Portfolio Management, Public Strategies, Clayton Triick, CFA, spoke to BBC News’ “Business Today” last Wednesday.   “The markets got an extreme, classic risk-off: equities lower, treasury yields in the United States rallied very significantly, and the volatility measures like VIX spiking. And so, if you look through the data, things actually look a lot more positive for the U.S. economy, and with this move, you've repriced the expectations for the Fed to be cutting potentially 50 basis points in September.”
