In construction, creating an inclusive and welcoming environment is key! We believe that everyone should feel comfortable and valued, especially in the spaces we work in. At Andersen, it's the people who make the difference, and we love being part of a community that supports and uplifts one another! We usually don’t need a reason to spend time with each other, but yesterday, our Washington region hosted an awesome game night, where everyone was invited to join in on the fun. Who doesn’t love a scavenger hunt or dessert bingo?! #ConstructionInclusionWeek

Welcome to Construction Inclusion Week! We're kicking off the week at our Albina Library site, part of the Multnomah County Library (MCL) system. With women accounting for 12.26% and minorities 36.89% of workers, we’re proud to report that nearly half of our workforce (49.15%) comes from underrepresented groups. This commitment to inclusion not only enriches our project but also fosters a culture of innovation and collaboration. We’re dedicated to continuous improvement in diversity.
