    Trade Coffee offers one of the internet’s favorite coffee subscriptions. They regularly make best-of lists for their variety and freshness. And Reddit comments rave about their curated approach. Towards the end of 2023, however, Trade Coffee had a problem: their subscriber base was large (and growing), but their digital infrastructure couldn’t keep up. Their custom Solidus solution had become too complex to scale efficiently.  The result? Soaring maintenance costs and stalled innovation speed. Trade Coffee chose to partner with Anatta to strategically overhaul their digital infrastructure, and together we achieved an incredible outcome: An expedited migration to Shopify of 5,000+ products and hundreds of thousands of customer records in just 120 days.
