The Young Scholars Memorial Fellowship Award is an international award to promote an enriching and supportive climate that shines a spotlight on brilliant young shoulder and elbow surgeons and encourages the pursuit of academic excellence and involvement. This award is to be given out annually to “young scholars,” defined as shoulder/elbow surgeons in their first (5) years of clinical practice or Shoulder & Elbow Fellows.
