What is the first tip that we can offer policyholders? When dealing with an insurance dispute, keep a detailed timeline of dates, conversations, point-of-contacts, etc. While a difficult feat, try & keep emotions out of it. Remain calm & precise while maintaining a timeline of information pertaining to your claim. This will be the basis of future communication & decrease the opportunity for any discrepancies.
