Whole, healthy human brain data is now available on the Allen Brain Cell Atlas! 🧠💻 This dataset includes more than three million cells sampled from dissections from three adult donors. Samples were assayed using single-nucleus RNA sequencing and the resulting cells were clustered and categorized by neurotransmitter type, region, anatomical division, sex, and subject. The new dataset includes non-neuronal and neuronal plots.
