Every season brings a reason to be outside, especially when you’ve got kids! After endless summer days and crisp nights outdoors, the elements got the best of us. With bites, bumps, and sunburns, everyone’s skin winds up inflamed, irritated, and itchy. (Nothing worse than a middle of the night wake up call because of itchy skin, right?) We looked for clean products that worked for every body, but no luck. So we did what moms do best — we decided to make it better ourselves. All of our products are made with love and with the whole family in mind.

Looking for a creative person who is interested in getting hands-on experience with a start-up and boosting their resume. The main role will be to help All Better Co. increase brand awareness and grow our user base through engaging social media content. Ideally your passion coupled with storytelling skills (through content creation) will help our brand connect with our audience in exciting and meaningful ways. Responsibilities: Grow and Engage: Increase All Better Co.’s online presence and drive customer engagement by growing our social media following and interacting with our audience. Content Creation: Produce captivating social media content, including images, videos, stories, reels, etc.,. Innovative Marketing: Develop and implement creative social media marketing content and strategies that resonate with our target audience. Community Interaction: Engage with our audience, respond to inquiries, etc. Promotions and Campaigns: Provide fresh ideas for website and social media promotions, maximizing our brand's visibility online, and help execute Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date on trends, social media best practices, and platform updates to keep our content fresh and relevant. Qualifications: Strong interest in Communication, Marketing, Media Studies, or a related field. Strong passion for independent brands, start-ups and lifestyle content. Proficient in visual design tools Experience working with major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Linkedin, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest). Ability to tell engaging stories through posts and visuals. Comfortable and interested in working with female founders :) Ideally located in Los Angeles but will consider remote for the right motivated person.
