On August 26, we celebrate #WomensEqualityDay - a significant reminder of how far we've come since the passing of the 19th Amendment, which granted women the right to vote and began breaking down barriers in various sectors, including the military. Since 1948, when the United States Air Force first welcomed women into its ranks, women have continuously challenged stereotypes and made remarkable contributions in service to this nation. Join us in honoring the pioneering women of our past, applaud the fearless leaders of our present, and support the promise of continued brilliance by our future generations. #FlyFightWin #ServiceBeforeSelf #ExcellenceInAllWeDo #womeninuniform

#ICYMI: Earlier this month, Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Chairman (SEAC) United States Marine Corps Sgt. Maj. Troy E. Black spoke to approximately 250 United States Air Force enlisted, officers and civilians during the Air Force District of Washington's All-Domain Command and Control Force Development Conference. The conference, which was held for the first time since 2019, brought together the #TotalForce community to exchange insights, unpack the latest developments impacting the command and control career field and the Service writ large, and host a first-class professional development event benefiting all ranks. During his panel, the SEAC discussed topics such as the tools to developing a joint leader and navigating the global power competition. In addition to the SEAC's panel, participants also learned about GPC reopitimization, the occupational competency model, how to navigate strategic culture, force development and command and control focus areas and strategic priorities.

Happy Independence Day! Today, we honor our nation’s independence and salute the brave men and women in uniform who protect our freedom every day.
On July 4, 1776, the 13 colonies adopted the Declaration of Independence, asserting American sovereignty from Great Britain. On the anniversary of our nation’s birth, we salute the men and women, past and present, who have selflessly served our nation. Happy Independence Day to the USA! 🇺🇸✨
