AEW Europe has been awarded BREEAM New Construction “Outstanding” for a recently completed and fully let 36,400 sqm brownfield logistics development in Pilsen, one of the most established and sought after logistics markets in the Czech Republic. This rating means the development is in the top 1% of BREEAM New Construction certified buildings constructed in Europe. This recognition has been obtained due to the highest standards of construction applied for this asset, including 87% of waste diverted from landfill during construction, as well as systems to reduce energy and water consumption (including automated free cooling at night, a PV plant, highly efficient LED lighting for both indoor and outdoor areas, rainwater flushing and leak detection systems). #RealEstate #BREEAM #Logistics #CzechRepublic #Sustainability #InvestedInEverySquareMetre

Over 110 employees teamed up to build 30 beds for children from across Massachusetts who lack a safe, comfortable bed of their own.
