Honesty moment: Sometimes we don't nail things spot on. Even experienced techs get stumped sometimes...But, we never stop trying until we find the answer. David encountered an issue that a lot of other customers were dealing with on ODIS. The ODIS software had updated to the latest version, unbeknownst to everyone, the VAS or J2534 tools will lose the ability to connect properly 🚨 We fought it in in every way we could: deleting the software, diagnosing the tool, the connection to the OBD2 port, and reading all kinds of forums. Our Veteran Technician, Bob, was called in by Mike (Our Director of Sales) to help David after our first attempt, and he was able to get the software and tools to communicate. This was an ongoing battle we had finally conquered and we were able to help David and his shop continue servicing their customers just on time ⏱️ It may take time, it may not work the first time, but we will continue until we find the answer.
