Last year, AdventHealth opened their offsite emergency room department at FLAMINGO CROSSINGS Town Center, establishing a first-of-its-kind health care experience. To help prepare for the opening of the facility, Disney Institute and AdventHealth deepened their longstanding relationship to bring a new level of service to health care within their community. Prior to the grand opening of AdventHealth’s ER at FLAMINGO CROSSINGS Town Center, the staff received training from Disney Institute in insights and best practices that have been used to provide exceptional service to Guests at The Walt Disney Company’s parks and resorts     Disney Institute’s relationship with AdventHealth dates back more than 15 years, as Disney Institute has helped reimagine the patient's health care experience. Since then, AdventHealth continues to utilize concepts and insights from Disney Institute to train and develop their staff, ensuring exceptional health care service for each patient.     Learn more about the work we’ve done with AdventHealth at: https://lnkd.in/g2QvZF9c    Explore AdventHealth ER at FLAMINGO CROSSINGS Town Center at: https://lnkd.in/gDJyuf_A    #DisneyInstitute #QualityService

  • Tabitha Ortiz credits her coworkers for saving her life. The AdventHealth East Orlando nurse felt ill at work but had no idea how serious her condition was until her team rushed her to the ER and quickly diagnosed her symptoms, helping her make a rapid recovery. Now she's back at work and thanks everyone for their quick thinking and attention to what happened with her that day.
