Many of us are feeling overwhelmed by recent events, including the situations with Helene and Milton. During times of crisis, it can be helpful to understand how to give and receive support. Psychologist Susan Silk and Barry Goldman introduced a concept called "ring theory." Here’s a quick overview: 🌸 Visualize the Circles: Imagine a small circle representing the person at the center of the crisis. Draw larger circles around it for those closest, then more distant circles for friends and family. 🌸 Understand Your Role: + Those in the center can express their feelings freely to anyone. + Others can offer support to those in smaller circles by listening and validating their feelings. 🌸 Be Mindful: When speaking to someone closer to the crisis, ask yourself: Is my comment supportive? If not, it’s best to hold back. Avoid giving unsolicited advice or centering your feelings over theirs. 🌸 Support in, Dump out: Share your own feelings and process with those in larger circles. If you're in the outer rings and want a space to share your thoughts without burdening those in crisis, please reach out! We’re in this together. 🙏🏻 Learn more about the Ring Theory here: https://lnkd.in/egr9g6dn)

About us
My passion is making a difference. I do that by educating people around the world on the critical importance of making their health their #1 priority. This positively impacts their long-term health and their lives physically and financially. One way I educate them is by introducing them to a technology and line of patented, one-of-a-kind products containing Redox Signaling Molecules (RSM). Health professionals and scientists around the world are calling this technology the single, greatest breakthrough of our lifetime in health, wellness, athletic performance, recovery and anti-aging. Educating others about this life-changing technology is, next to my family, the most important thing I have ever done. Maintaining a proper balance of RSM in our body is one of the most important things we can do healthwise. Why? Because we live and die at the cellular level. Without RSM, life ends. RSM control everything that happens in the body. They also affect genetic expression helping to protect, rejuvenate, and keeps cells functioning at optimal levels. This translates to health at its most foundational level. RSM have been scientifically tested and shown to signal the activation of genetic pathways and affect genes that improve: the immune system; the inflammatory response; cardiovascular health and arterial elasticity; gut health and digestive enzyme production; and modulate hormone balance to support vitality and wellness. Who needs RSM? Everyone from the fittest of the fit to the sickest of the sick and everyone in between. I love making a living while making a difference and I am truly grateful for the lifestyle it creates. My goal is to help as many others as possible enjoy optimal health and create this lifestyle for themselves and their families. I would love the privilege of educating you about these amazing little molecules - Redox Signaling Molecules - and how they can, and will, change your life physically and financially, too.

Just like our individual preferences for our physical health is important for longevity, it’s equally important to be aware of our mental health. Mental health plays a very important role in our overall physical health. Mental health is a valid, important step toward overall wellness. 💗 World Mental Health Day is a reminder that taking care of our minds is just as vital as taking care of our bodies. 💗 In a professional setting, how we address mental health through policies and company culture can either support or hinder our teams. Prioritizing mental health means creating an environment where employees feel comfortable seeking help—whether through therapy, counseling services, or mental health days—without fear of stigma or judgment. As leaders, it's our responsibility to normalize conversations around mental well-being and ensure that mental health care is considered as valid as any other health-related need. Together we can build workplaces that empower employees to care for their minds as much as their bodies. 🌸✨ #WorldMentalHealthDay #WorkplaceWellness #MentalHealthInTheWorkplace #Leadership #HealthyCompanyCulture #EmployeeSupport

As we enter the final quarter of the year, how are you reflecting on your progress? Are you looking ahead to Q4 or already setting ambitious goals for 2025? Here are some of the ways I like to think about goals: 🌸Reflect on the Past: What worked well in Q3? What challenges did you face? Use these insights to inform your next steps. 🌸Be Specific: Define your goals clearly. Instead of “increase sales,” aim for “boost sales by 15% by the end of December.” 🌸Make It Measurable: That’s why they call them SMART goals! Set metrics to track your progress. It makes it easier to be accountable and motivated. 🌸Celebrate Wins: Acknowledge your accomplishments, big or small. Celebrating progress keeps motivation high! What are your goals for Q4? Share your thoughts below!🌸

Whether you prioritize traditional options like mammograms or explore other ways to take care of your health, the key is to stay aware and intentional. With breast cancer being so prevalent, it’s essential to think about your wellness and make choices that align with your needs and values.

As leaders, we don’t have to have all the answers. True leadership is about embracing vulnerability, seeking guidance when needed, and actively listening. When we foster open communication and collaboration, we create a stronger, more empowered environment for growth and success. 🌱 How do you create space for learning and listening in your work?

💼 International Equal Pay Day is a reminder that wellness extends beyond physical health—it includes financial and workplace well-being too. Equal pay isn’t just about fairness; it reduces stress, improves mental health, and supports a balanced, fulfilling life. In wellness, we strive for balance, and that should be reflected in every area, including our earnings.
