It’s a recipe for success and the only way to perhaps get those reviews. 🙏Even thrilled visitors need a request to review. It may not dawn on them to share the awesomeness of your business with the world. But when asked to review, they’re often happy to leave a meaty review. ☄️Visitors need it to be super-duper easy to review. People are busy.     💡A thought-provoking Google review post. We humans care what others think. We put a lot of weight on the reviews and recommendations of others. But still – are businesses getting carried away with the importance of stellar Google reviews? Or is it as important as it’s made out to be? Many of us are familiar with the Google Review Game and perhaps are skeptical of the authenticity of the Google reviews we read. Yet, if you scour the internet you’ll see hundreds of success stories telling of businesses that increased their conversions tremendously – and they attribute it to their robust reviews. Some points to keep in mind: 👉Strong positive reviews are more important in specific fields such as B2B and other service businesses. 👉Reviews alone won’t make or break success. It can help – together with other factors. 👉Positive reviews only come from positive experiences. You have to give your visitors a five-star experience to perhaps earn a five-star review. As the receptionist, you can be sensitive to their situation by communicating with empathy, prioritizing their needs, showing compassion, and offering a listening ear. 🏤 Uphold the entry protocol As the receptionist, you play a crucial role in encouraging and enforcing the entry protocol. Greet visitors warmly and guide them to sign in. Be pleasant yet firm, with a polite smile and a kind word.
