📰 Breaking news! ACORD just launched the first standardized life insurance application to help improve underwriting and policy approval efficiencies across the L&A industry. This pre-filed form is approved by the Interstate Insurance Product Regulation Commission (Insurance Compact) for use in 47 jurisdictions in the US. This first-of-its-kind standardized form allows customers and distributors to apply for life insurance policies with multiple carriers using just one form. The form will also help producers better manage customer expectations, speed up the approval process, and increase the likelihood a policy is purchased.
