Feel-Good Friday Spotlight: Mary’s Peloton Adventure in NYC! This week, we’re celebrating an incredible personal milestone for our VP of HR, Mary Matychak, who checked a big item off her bucket list: attending a live taping at the Peloton Studios in New York City! In June, Mary and her college friend of 40 years took on the challenge of securing spots for a live class—something as competitive as scoring the best seats at a Taylor Swift concert! Their early morning paid off with two back-to-back rides, including a 7am class with Peloton instructor Alex Toussaint, who even gave Mary a special shout-out for completing her 300th ride. Later, she joined another live session with Emma Lovewell. The experience was made even more special knowing that some of Mary’s friends and Abaco colleagues were riding along with her from Huntsville, joining in on the excitement remotely. Running from the Pentagon, through DC, and back to the Pentagon, it’s one of Angela’s favorite annual events.
