About us

For more than 100 years, we’ve been helping people get to where they’re going. We were founded on Roadside Assistance, but have progressively expanded our offerings to include insurance, retail, and travel services in order to assist more customers. We’ve created an environment where you can look forward to coming to work and interacting with compassionate people who enjoy what they do and love supporting their team. We’re dedicated to keeping our Associates fulfilled and helping them feel secure. With such a diversity of products and services, our Associates have the opportunity to fulfill customer needs while advancing their own career. AAA Club Alliance received the prestigious Ragan Diversity Award for Allyship in Action in 2021 and in 2023 was a finalist for Ragan’s Corporate Social Responsibility & Diversity Award for our Stepping Up for Hunger campaign. Thank you to our many car care Associates for making Car Care Month a success! Is your car ready for winter? ❄️ If not, make a plan to stop by a AAA Car Care location so you are prepared. https://aaa.com/carcare

Car Care Month -- Winter's Coming! Thank You! to all our Associates who’ve been working hard during this Car Care Month getting our Members and customers ready for the Fall and Winter months ahead. All drivers should take care of basic vehicle maintenance now before the challenges of winter set in. Vehicles on our nation’s roadways are older than ever and we expect an increase in Emergency Roadside Service calls, especially in the extreme cold. Our Car Care maintenance checklist can help to save you time and money. Beyond the inconvenience and expense of a breakdown, several of these services such as tires or brakes are critical to vehicle and driver safety. Make an appointment with a trusted AAA mechanic today! Colder days are coming. It’s best to be prepared.

Diana has been a dedicated member of the AAA Hamilton branch since 2004. While facing the challenges of Multiple Sclerosis, diagnosed in 2009, she has continued to excel in her role as a Concierge Support Agent. Her unwavering commitment and positive attitude have made her an invaluable asset to our team. We're proud to highlight Diana, a valued member of our AAA team! Diana shares, "The support I've received for my disability at AAA has been incredible. My colleagues are accepting and understanding, focusing on my strengths and contributions. Being open about challenges like finding the right words sometimes or occasional balance issues has helped build a supportive work environment. People appreciate my openness, and I find them incredibly patient and kind." We want to say ‘thank you’ to Diana for being an inspiration to all and her willingness to educate others! #AAASpotlight

Brought to you by our EmpowHER Business Resource Group, AAA associates joined the 2024 American Cancer Society's "Making Strides Against Breast Cancer" walks in October! We had teams across the territory participate in this important event, raising funds for lifesaving breast cancer research. Early detection is key, and together, we can make a difference. Thank you to everyone who walked, donated, and supported this cause. Let's continue to bring awareness and support to ending breast cancer for everyone! #BreastCancerAwareness

Breast cancer affects countless lives, either directly or through someone we know. By sharing information, supporting survivors, and taking action, we can make a significant impact.

I am always filled with pride when I see our Associates helping the communities where we live and serve our Members. We have a record number participating in ‘Making Strides Against Breast Cancer’ walks, thanks to our EmpowHER Business Resource group. Their impactful efforts during Breast Cancer Awareness Month support our organization’s commitment to social responsibility. We also support our employees whose lives have been impacted by this devastating disease through our valuable partnership with Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and its “MSK Direct” program. This program provides Associates and their families with guidance on available treatment options from a medical leader in cancer care so that they can make an informed decision about their care. So many are personally touched or know someone who has been touched by breast cancer. Together we can make a difference and it starts by sharing resources, supporting those with lived experiences, and taking one step forward, wherever and however we can.

AAA is committed to safety and on National Move Over Day, October 19th, we emphasize the need for drivers to slow down and move over to safeguard all roadside workers and first responders, ensuring their protection all year long.

Safety is core to who we are at AAA. It is important to us that our roadways are safe, and that all drivers are focused each and every time they are behind the wheel.  October 19th is National Move Over Day, a reminder that driver safety is crucial to the first responders working at the roadside. They need us to slow down and move over so they have the space to assist stranded motorists and others who need help. Let’s commit ourselves to protecting roadside workers every day of the year. Their safety depends on us.

The Annapolis-based Rams Head Restaurant Group has held “Free Root Beer Float Day!” for more than 15 years to raise awareness around bicycle safety following the tragic death of the owner’s brother at just 8 years old. This year, when organizers approached AAA for support, Public and Government Affairs Manager Ragina C. Ali stepped in to help. Not only did AAA provide bookmarks and other promo items with bike-safety messaging, but Ali looped in the media as well, leading to unprecedented coverage and participation at Rams Head’s four restaurants. Equally important, signage and event materials contained a QR code encouraging parents and patrons to donate to the AAA Foundation in support of its traffic safety research programs.

Thank you to the Puerto Rican Day Parade for inviting us to celebrate and honor National Hispanic Heritage Month! Members of AAA’s Business Resource Group (BRG), UNIDOS, were thrilled to join the parade at the end of September. UNIDOS is a vibrant community that celebrates Hispanic/LatinX heritage, fosters meaningful connections, and through cultural and community engagement, positively impacts our Associates, our Members, and our communities. BRG members and Allies are committed to promoting understanding, driving change, and contributing to the success of our organization. We were honored to come together with Philadelphia to celebrate the beauty and exuberance of Philly’s Puerto Rican and Latino communities.
