We were challenged to create Party Cats across several decades and we went all out - modeling cats and outfits that were inspired by some of the style icons of the times. It was such a blast working with everyone, and together, we nailed it! These cats are definitely in their Party Era! 🎉 Teaming with our friends at Nestlé Purina North America, we had an absolute blast creating this campaign for Friskies. Along with Director, Jason Stamp, we dialed in the design of the 3D cats as well as their environments. One thing that was non-negotiable; we needed to create epic parties, hosted by the most iconic felines that any pa-purr-azzi would love to photograph. When the stylish hosts were dialed-in, a studio session with some incredibly talented actors and dancers added all the extra vibes. After a live-action shoot, helmed by Brian Cummings and lensed by Bill Winters, was in the can, the footage was handed back to 90°W's Creative Director, Scott Whiteaker, who oversaw a team of compositors and animators who added all the finishing touches. Audio mix and sound design by our own, Justin Tapp, was the pièce de résistance that these Party Cats needed to make the tabloids. Sometimes you have to take a step backwards to leap forward - and that's just what we did with this fun Purina Pro Plan spot! Along side our friends from The Big Tree, we recently wrapped post on this great campaign. Working with stunning slow-motion footage captured on the Phantom Flex 4k, we meticulously edited and enhanced the video, following a dog and their human in reverse through an active day at the beach. From the serene sunset moments to the critical Pro Plan feeding that started it all, the expertise in editing and audio ensured every detail was perfect.
