Last week, Cincinnati Preservation Association surprised us with a Preservation Excellence Impact Award for Mergard Lanes. This adaptive re-use project turned a former bowling alley into 14 affordable apartments and a new office space for our outstanding development partner, CHCURC - College Hill Community Urban Redevelopment Corporation. Development is truly a team sport and it takes the work of many make meaningful impact. We are lucky to have so many great partners who willing to think outside of the box!

Today we closed on 56 E McMicken, a mixed-income project containing units ranging from 50-120% AMI. This $3M project will bring 13 new housing units and 1000SF of first floor commercial space one block from Findlay Market. We are thankful for the many partners that helped to make this project feasible!
