Our 2023 growth at 5 Generation Bakers has been phenomenal - up over 45% YTD! As we continue to grow and look forward to 2024, I need to find a head baker. I'd love for my dad to go to part time soon so this person would work closely with him to take over those responsibilities. This position will be very competitive in salary and benefits.
