Yesterday and today, teams have been hard at work tackling graffiti removal, pressure washing, litter pickup, and more to beautify the area and create a welcoming environment. With support from the @city_of_cincy and local volunteers, we’re committed to keeping this neighborhood clean and safe. The Generocity 513 Expanded Outreach Program was highlighted at the Hamilton County Mental Health & Recovery Services Board’s 2024 Annual Meeting. (3CDC)’s 4th & Race development. Situated at 120 W. 4th Street in a 2,300-square-foot space, Tina Marie hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony at TMR Salon earlier today. Tine Marie, who specializes in bridal, editorial and production hair styling, has traveled the globe teaching classes with Moroccanoil, mentoring up-and-coming stylists, working Fashion Week, and tending to big name clients like Kendrick Lamar, Jewel, Laura Marano and Georgina Chapman Marchesa. However, when the pandemic hit and travel was limited, she rediscovered her love for being behind the chair. TMR, a salon that delivers craft luxury hair and beauty services, strives to make clients feel like they’re on vacation – and its European inspired décor makes it feel like a true getaway. Everyone who enters can expect a luxury salon experience with services ranging from custom coloring and cuts to relaxation scalp massages and voluminous red-carpet finishes. Findlay Flats is the renovation of multiple vacant buildings on the 1700 and 1800 blocks of Vine and Republic Streets in Over-the-Rhine into 45 rental apartments and 7 white box, ground-floor retail spaces. This is a historic tax credit project. Scopes of work include Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire sprinkler, Concrete, Masonry, Steel, Framing and structural wood repairs, Finish carpentry, Roofing, Doors/frames/hardware, Storefront and glass, New windows and historic window repair, Insulation, Drywall, Flooring, Painting, Appliances and Cabinets.
