Since 26North launched our Direct Lending platform less than a year ago, the team has been working to evaluate hundreds of opportunities. We’re proud to have selectively deployed nearly $1 billion of capital across 16 deals. Every day, our teams come to work with the mission of delivering superior risk-adjusted returns for our investors. Being a trusted partner to leading companies and sponsors is a cornerstone of our strategy. Recently, we were awarded the Lead Agent role for the $440 million financing, supporting Thoma Bravo's portfolio company LogRhythm's merger with Exabeam. This transaction positions the combined company as a global leader in cybersecurity solutions. We are grateful for our relationship with Thoma Bravo and other leading sponsors, and we look forward to continuing to deliver value-added financing solutions through our Direct Lending platform.

Last week, 26North came together to celebrate love, diversity and inclusion and commemorate Pride Month. We hosted Tony Morrison of LGBTQ+ advocacy non-profit GLAAD, who shared his perspectives on how organizations like 26North can help to accelerate acceptance for LGBTQ+ people. The evening was filled with great conversations, new connections, and a shared commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and respected. It also provided a moment to acknowledge our colleagues' individual life experiences, and create safe spaces for open dialogue and collaboration. This week, we had the pleasure of being joined by John Philbin, Founder of Spectacular at Work, to talk about the power of mentorship. John shared how he believes the most powerful mentor/mentee relationships hinge on a shared commitment to three values: integrity, trust and vulnerability. He also discussed the importance of seeing mentorship as a two-way street. In his words, “Whether you’re a first-year analyst or senior partner, there is something to be learned at every stage of a career. Gaining insight into another person’s journey – and offering your own perspective – makes us more empathetic individuals and effective employees. Today, we are excited to announce that 26North Reinsurance Holdings (26North Re) has completed a $4.9 billion reinsurance transaction with the Life Insurance Company of the Southwest, a member company of National Life Group, bringing our reinsurance assets under management to $10 billion, and total AUM to approximately $22bn. This transaction underscores our commitment to partnering with the insurance industry to provide best-in-class asset management capabilities, and ultimately deliver attractive solutions to help policyholders save for retirement. Since launching our reinsurance platform in 2022, we’re proud to expand our relationship with the insurance industry and continue serving as stewards of capital. By collaborating with innovative firms like Agam Capital, and striking high-quality partnerships with storied institutions like NLG, we continue to diversify our investment platform and grow as a next-generation alternatives firm.
