We're delighted to join Jacquelyn Lane in celebrating the recent one-year anniversary of "Becoming Coachable," co-authored by Jacquelyn Lane, Scott Osman, and Marshall Goldsmith. This Wall Street Journal bestseller has made a positive impact in the coaching world over the past year, helping countless individuals and organizations unlock their leadership potential. Jacquelyn's heartfelt video highlights a very important section of the book - the acknowledgements. There we see the numerous people who helped make the book possible and who contributed to its success. 🥂 Congratulations to Jacquelyn, Scott, and Marshall on this significant milestone! We look forward to seeing the continued positive influence of "Becoming Coachable" in the years to come. #BecomingCoachable #Leadership #PersonalDevelopment #Coaching #100Coaches
It's hard to believe that it's been one year since the release of our Wall Street Journal bestselling book, Becoming Coachable! Scott Osman, Marshall Goldsmith, and I couldn't be more proud of this book. We are honored that so many have written or spoken to us about how much they enjoyed it and the impact that it's had on them. Those stories are what make all that work feel worthwhile. Even before writing a book, my favorite section in any book has always been the acknowledgments. I love hearing the stories of how a book comes to life and all the people who touched it along the way. So this video is my way of drawing attention to my favorite (but often overlooked) section. I hope you enjoy it. I have so much to be grateful for. Thank you to my village, my community, my friends who have been a part of this journey including Mark C. Thompson, Naren Aryal, Nina Spahn, Martin Lindstrom, Whitney Johnson, Sanyin Siang, Jim Yong Kim, Alexander Osterwalder, Chester Elton, Sally Helgesen, Nankhonde Kasonde-van den Broek, Hubert Joly, Ayse (Eye-Shay) Birsel, Peter Bregman, Srikumar Rao, Feyzi Fatehi, Harry Kraemer, Jr., Dorie Clark, Alisa Cohn, Sharon Melnick, Beverley Wright, John Reed, Morag Barrett, Connie Dieken, Beth Polish, Bill Carrier, John Sviokla, Prakash Raman, Doug Guthrie, Dr. Bonita Thompson, Tal Ben-Shahar, Michelle Johnston, Michelle Tillis Lederman, Dr. Noémie Le Pertel, mort aaronson, Jen Goldman-Wetzler, Julie Carrier, Bruce Kasanoff, and more! With love, gratitude, and wonder, Jacquelyn

We're thrilled to announce Claire Diaz-Ortiz as our newest team member and Partner at 100 Coaches Agency. From co-authoring "One Minute Mentoring" to being named on the Thinkers50 Radar, Claire's journey aligns perfectly with our mission to provide world-class coaching to top executives. 👏 Join us in welcoming Claire to the 100 Coaches family! #ExecutiveCoaching #LeadershipDevelopment #100CoachesAgency
Some news! I recently became a partner at 100 Coaches Agency, the premier leadership firm dedicated to executive coaching. 💪 The background? Almost a decade ago, when I wasn’t sure what direction my career was going to take after leaving Twitter, a kind Adam Grant introduced me to two people: Simon Sinek, who helped me see I might like coaching, and Marshall Goldsmith, the world’s most-lauded executive coach, and the guy who, if you believe The New Yorker, more or less created the industry (and wore a green shirt, and only a green shirt, along the way). 😂 At the time, Marshall was thinking about his legacy, and had started a pay-it-forward program to teach a few dozen people everything he knew. Was I in? By happy coincidence, my introduction to executive coaching coincided with the year I published One Minute Mentoring: How How to Find and Work With a Mentor - And Why You'll Benefit from Being One with a mentor of my own, leadership guru Ken Blanchard. 📗 (That book, another wild ride, is now in 11 languages.) 🚀 Fast forward a few years, and Marshall had built a huge community of the best executive coaches in the world (and a few newbies, like me). Along the way, I made so many incredible friends in folks like Sanyin Siang Whitney Johnson Tasha Eurich Ayse (Eye-Shay) Birsel Alisa Cohn Julie Carrier Bill Carrier Eric Schurenberg Chester Elton Dr. David Burkus Sally Helgesen Peter Bregman Caroline Webb Michelle Tillis Lederman, CSP, SCC, Leadership Speaker Edy Greenblatt, PhD, PCC and, of course, Scott Osman (hint: keep reading). And we did so many incredible things! New York with the late Francis Hesselbein, the Presidential Freedom Winner who died at 106 after rewriting the rules of 20th century leadership. The World Bank with Jim Yong Kim. Mexican trapezes with Google's executive coaching pioneer, the late, great, David Peterson. Phoenix when it sizzled and London when it sleeted. ❄️ During my years in venture capital, there wasn’t a day that passed that I didn’t use the tools of executive coaching with founders. Last year, I was honored to be named to the Thinkers50 Radar list of leadership thinkers. The award was awesome, but even awesome-r (!) was the chance to reconnect with old friends. One of those friends was Scott Osman the founder of 100 Coaches Agency, the premier global firm specialized in executive coaching. With the leadership of Marshall Goldsmith and co-founder Jacquelyn Lane, the firm excelled in matching Fortune 1000 CEOS and C-suite executives with the world’s best executive coaches. We all soon decided to co-author a new book. (Their last, the The Wall Street Journal bestseller, Becoming Coachable, needed a friend.) Why Can’t They Be Like Me?, a business parable on executive coaching, is out in 2025! 📕 As we worked together, we began to wonder, and then we stopped wondering. 😂 In conclusion, congrats to myself for joining 100 Coaches Agency! https://lnkd.in/gRtJrN6Y
