Leaving them in could risk a new employer assigning them to you. Next, truncate or omit roles unrelated to your job goals. If your resume is still too long, review each line and ask yourself if every single word is needed to explain your duties and accomplishments. Remove extra words and rework what’s left. Use shorter words to avoid bullets wrapping onto the next line. For example, swap "facilitated" for "led" or "administered" for "ran."
