The STAR method is one I always go back to. It is a great tool to ensure you are telling the full story, including the important details, while not rambling. During a more challenging behavioral question, remember that the interviewer is trying to understand how you handled situations in the past, and what you learned from it to improve your approach for future situations. Practice writing out how you would answer different types of common behavioral questions to see if you are including: context, detail, and insight to who you are continuously growing to be.
