Lo primero es dejar claro el termino aprecio con relación al esfuerzo. Un trabajo es una contraprestacion por ambas partes y no se debe caer en la complacencia de valorar el cumplimiento de dicho trabajo, en si. Sin embargo, la excepción sobre el deber cumplido, estando éste por encima de lo exigido, eso si debe ser no solo reconocido, también agradecido e incluso recompensado en especie con la mejor formula que te permita el valor de ese esfuerzo. La flexibilidad y el compromiso que siempre se pide al trabajador debe ser motivo de felicitación y de reconocimiento. Esto ayuda a la motivación y mejora el clima laboral. Lo puedo decir y lo digo por mi propia experiencia actualmente.
