In getting employees to participate, I find it very helpful to share experiences on a personal level and include fun in the whole process. Upon sharing real-life cyber attack examples, they will realize the importance of the subject. By adding quizzes or a bit of friendly competition, learning can be made fun and interesting. Recognition or even small incentives help motivate them to take part more actively. This way, they begin to view cybersecurity in a serious light where it's worth their time.

Instead, you should convince them to participate in these programs.
