Are the requirements possible etc? - Review the current GTM strategy and expand if required: what other channels may be beneficial; for the talent segment searching for, what platforms do they frequent? - If not already doing it, push the employment referral program and perhaps increase the bonus amount. - Review your employer branding - modify where required. - If you need people to be 4-5 days in the office, consider 1-2 days or remote. - Are you attending the right virtual or in-person events? ***Ultimately, review the data and assess why people are leaving the organisation (if that's the case) - focus here for the long-term.

We also need to make sure that as much as possible, we have keywords in our job descriptions that will help the platform match candidates systematically.
