I cannot stretch this enough! When you are working with a team, be very very simple and clear. - Stop using complex and technical words - Verbose is not a good thing.(See, stay away from unnecessary words) - Be kind and understanding that, people usually are not good at understanding and terrible at admitting it

This one i wanted to add because people are under estimating translation tools. We are living in 21th Century, use the tools; -Learn the words you don’t know -Ask the people to explain( yea, people are also a tool for your learning journey, use them as your teacher) - There are many instant translation tools and apps, use them!

Make sure that people are feeling secure to contribute as a feedback. - One feedback can clarify many people’s problem. - You can learn something, you have never even thought of - People can feel a safe environment to explain what they did not understand
