Un diseñador de vida es una persona que ama el cambio, adaptable, creativa e innovadora. Tiene claro que lo más riesgoso en la vida profesional es la falta de curiosidad y el no darse cuenta que hay más de una forma de vivir su vida profesional y laboral. Para asumir el riesgo por un cambio de dirección profesional es importante primero aterrizar esos prototipos profesionales y todo el contexto que ello involucraría, por ejemplo aterrizar con lo que contamos hoy para hacerlo viable, lo que necesitamos en conocimiento y recursos, lo que obtendremos y también lo que perderemos al tomar esa decisión. Aterrizar esa realidad y generar ese prototipo de vida profesional en detalle nos ayudará a tomar una mejor decisión.

Taking a risk in your career could lead to potential setbacks such as failure, financial loss, or reputation damage. It may result in temporary instability, uncertainty, or stress. There's a possibility of encountering resistance or criticism from others, impacting confidence and morale. However, embracing risk also offers opportunities for growth, learning, and innovation. Risk can be of any sort, For a professional risk can be 1) To change the company during tough times. or 2) To seek a different profile where he might not be an experienced one. or 3) To risk by leaving the job and being an entrepreneur 4) To do something that might be his/her creative side but not sure if he/she can make a living out of it. but for a student risk can be 1) Taking a drop year 2) Not taking a risk in itself is a risk 3) Not exploring things to know what they are good at. 4) Not taking a step because of the fear of failure. Some of these reasons can help us define risk in a better way for a professional or a student of any age.

Für mich ist dieser erste Schritt schon der, an dem ich einen Coach hinzuziehen würde - vielleicht ist ja das, was für mich ein Risiko darstellt, gar kein so großes? Was kann denn schlimmstenfalls passieren? Mit ein paar Notizen gleich zu Beginn einen neutralen Experten mit draufschauen zu lassen, kann schon die nächsten Schritte in die richtige Richtung lenken. Oder führt direkt dazu, dass ich meine Idee wieder verwerfe und gar keine Zeit und Energie mehr reinstecke. Ist Typsache, aber so wäre mein Vorgehen.

Al evaluar el peor de los casos, es crucial considerar los posibles desafíos y obstáculos que podrían surgir durante el proceso de asunción del riesgo. Esto implica identificar escenarios adversos y analizar su probabilidad de ocurrencia. Por ejemplo, al cambiar de carrera, se pueden enfrentar dificultades como la falta de experiencia en el nuevo campo, la competencia en el mercado laboral o la adaptación a un entorno laboral desconocido. Es importante también reflexionar sobre las implicaciones financieras, personales y profesionales del fracaso, así como desarrollar estrategias de mitigación y recuperación.

Ter um plano B, auxilia a tomada de decisão e este plano não quer dizer mudar totalmente o percursos, mas avaliar oportunidades caso aconteça algum imprevisto. Este plano irá ajudar a tomar decisões corretas caso falhe as ações.

In one of the books I read it is mentioned "what you think will happen". This is true, when you fear to fail you might end up failing. But you have amazing results when you either be optimistic or don't expect. The worst case scenario can be failing, what is more, what can happen? nothing goes to waste, even in those failures rests experience which will form a part of the ladder of your success. But whenever you take a risk make sure it is a calculated risk, instinct might be strong but real life has real issues. Here are a few things that one can do while taking risks in their career. 1) Have a Back-Up. 2)Staying honest with yourself about your progress. 3) Evaluate how to do better. 4) Being open-minded about making mistakes.

Now that you take a risk with a career is only because you see the best to be served to you. Sin duda la colaboración radical, el apoyo de un comunidad que comparte sus experiencias y orientación es una forma de reducir los riesgos al tomar un cambio de dirección profesional. El aprendizaje de otros nos puede ayudar a estar más preparados para asumir un nuevo papel profesional o hacernos ver que aún tenemos una brecha que cubrir para dar ese paso.

Hier finde ich es wichtig, zuerst mit neutralen Personen zu sprechen, denen ich vertraue. Also nicht mit Familienmitgliedern und auch nicht mit allen Freunden, sondern nur sorgfältig ausgewählten. Erst wenn ich mir selbst über die nächsten Schritte im Klaren bin, würde ich mein enges Umfeld mit einbeziehen. Dann zeigt sich auch sehr klar, auf wen ich als Unterstützung zählen kann. Und bitte nie vergessen: Jeder Satz, den wir ggf. um die Ohren gehauen bekommen, sagt mehr über unser Gegenüber aus als über uns selbst und unser Vorhaben!
