Se supone que cada profesional debe seguir un plan maestro, que luego en forma individual debe considerar como alcanzar sus metas y obejtivos. Puede que: a) No tenga definidas esas metas y objetivos, cosa que seria un problema, o b) Que avanzando en el tiempo, se le hayan asignado mas tareas, que le hacen imposible cumplir con las principales. Este es n hecho bastante comun en empresas de Latinoamerica, o familiares, donde al colaborador mas eficiente, se le agregan tareas, hasta hacerlos ineficiente.
