Three years ago, I created the Zoomscore™ and ASSETs model to help my clients understand and apply the principles of a professional, credible, and impactful online presence. Zoomscore entails a checklist of 10 essentials for projecting your personal best. The most important of these are eye contact, framing, lighting, and sound quality. The ASSETs model goes broader: Appearance, Staging, Styling, Energy and Technology. These work in concert to make virtual as close to "human" as possible.

A stellar virtual presentation requires a blend of clarity, engagement, and adaptability. Begin with a sharp structure introduce a clear agenda, so your audience knows the journey ahead. Visual aids should support, not overwhelm, your message simplicity and relevance are paramount. Encourage interaction to sustain attention, using polls, questions, or brief breaks for reflection. Pacing is crucial; speak clearly and modulate your tone to avoid monotony. Practice managing tech tools seamlessly, but be prepared to improvise in case of hiccups. Ultimately, let your passion shine through it is as compelling online as it is in person.
