It gives you more time to think about the situation and maybe think of ways that I could have done or improved on the job. And document the things that you did do. And approach it with teamwork attitude and a learning attitude. And for sure document the meeting take notes and suggestions that your boss may have for you.In my experience 90% of the time you will walk away with a stronger working relationship with your boss.
