Según mi experiencia, documentar los conflictos en los que mediamos es esencial por varios motivos: 1- Evidencia que la empresa se preocupa e interviene en la solución de conflictos. 2- Permite recopilar datos importantes sobre el historial de conflictos, por tanto trabajar en su prevención y solución más rápida u oportuna a futuro. 3- Es un medio de prueba ante faltas o llamados de atención del personal. Hay 3 documentos claves que recomiendo para poner en papel 1- Formulario con registro de situación 2- Matriz de conflictos para llevar histórico con suceso, fechas, participantes, solución, etc. 3- Acuerdo de compromiso firmado por las partes.
